Thought of whipping up a simple meal for Hubby... Know he's very busy this whole week... So did cold soba so it doesnt taste weird when eaten late...
I had done a cold rainbow soba for Hubby... A healthy colourful soba consists of...
1) Seaweed
2) Ham
3) Minced Pork
4) Carrots
5) Cucumber
6) Onion
7) Omelette
8) Soba!!!
Dressing:
1) Roasted Sesame
2) Spring Onions
3) Soba Sauce
