Healthy Snack

Prince Jacob is going to Science Centre for their school outing today. They are supposed to bring some snacks along as their tea break. Thus, he had reminded me to prepare Salsa for bread.

This time I added in Kiwi for him. Other than that, I had also prepared wraps for him. Hubby had also requested for some healthy food, but he doesn't like the sourness in lemon, hence I did a simple pasta salad for him with sesame dressing.

Prince Javier is so happy to see his brekky too. He loves the wraps and he is so excited with the Kiwi Salsa. He is that excited that he reminds me to keep the Kiwi Salsa in the fridge to chill.

I am so happy with the colours of the food I had prepared for them today. It looks so colourful and appealing. Everyone would love them. The citrus from the Kiwi Salsa and the bright colour definitely attracts anyone to it.

3) Cut the Baby Tomato in quarters
4) Cut Kiwi and Yellow Bell Pepper in cubes
5) After 30mins, rinse the Cucumber
6) Place all the ingredients together and mix it with the Lemon Zest and Juice
7) Serve chill for a refreshing taste

Wraps with Ham

- 1 Medium Tomato, de-seed & cut into half slices each
- Picnic Hams
- Lettuce
- Cream Cheese Spread
- 5 Wraps

Method
1) Spread Cream Cheese onto Wrap
2) Place 1 piece of Ham, ingredients (quantity accordingly to own preference) onto Wrap
3) Roll it up
4) Cut the 2 ends away and cut the balance in half

All these are actually very simple cooking. It doesn't take up too much time and effort to prepare and best thing is, it is very healthy and refreshing. Perhaps as I had used Lemon as the dressing which would be light.
