Seafood Lunch

Cooking!!! Did seafood lunch... Recently tasted Steamed Baby Squid at a ze cha stall and thought of doing it for Hubby... Pan Fried Fillet and Dou Miao in Oyster Sauce...

I had fried the ginger, spring onions and celery with chilli and garlic first... Then placed it on the baby squid and placed it to steamed... Had added a little bit of soy sauce on it too... It is fresh and fragrant...
